We like to travel and with our jobs, it sometimes is a perk we get. One of the places we have been wanting to go to is Greece. As it is one of the oldest places in the world, the venue for ancient civilization, with their mythology still permeating our pop culture today.
From a photographer’s point of view, there is no other unique place to start than Santorini the island off the main Greek peninsula.
I mean, look at that:

Another part of Greece we would like to see is of course, Athens, the glorious capital.
The history of this formidable capital of the ancient world is still as astounding as it was back in the day.

Named after the goddess Athena, who is the goddess of wisdom, Athens is still a tourist destination especially with the ancient structures that have survived millennia, such as the spectacular Acropolis, one of the best temples that has ever been built, which is now, and rightly so, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check out this site for a really cool virtual tour of the place:

Have you been to Greece? If so, what would you recommend we go see? Apart from the places mentioned, where would you shoot if you could?
